Real Talk About Sex, Confidence & Men's Health

The Porn Illusion

I know what it feels like to look at yourself and wonder if you’re enough.

I grew up watching porn too. And, like a lot of men, I started believing that sex was supposed to look like what I saw on a screen — bigger bodies, bigger penises, perfect erections, endless stamina, and women reacting like every guy was some kind of sexual expert.

For a long time, I compared myself to that image. I worried about my size. I wondered if a woman would really be satisfied with me. And the worst part wasn’t even what I thought about my body — it was how those thoughts got inside my head when I was actually with a woman.

Maybe you’ve been there too.

Maybe you’ve looked down and thought, “Am I big enough?”

Maybe you’ve been with someone you really wanted and suddenly found yourself thinking about your erection instead of enjoying the moment.

I understand. Because I’ve been that guy.

And that’s why I created Man’s Talk.

Let's Talk About What Porn Never Taught You

Porn is designed to make you watch. Real sex is about making you feel.

That’s a difference I didn’t understand when I was younger.

When you’re watching porn, everything is exaggerated. The bodies. The reactions. The size. The stamina. The confidence.

But real women aren’t watching a camera.

They’re feeling you, communicating with you, responding to you.

And that’s where I started realizing something that completely changed the way I looked at sex:

Being a great lover has very little to do with looking like a porn star.
